Application Deadline

Through our chapter partners, we will provide post-secondary student mentors to help accelerate the growth of youth ventures by connecting then to university resources. However, one must apply through

Acceptance & Mentor Assignment

Late November

Final selections will be made for selective teams to join the SAGE program and be provided with a post-secondary mentor. Our role then is to track your progress and connect you into the entrepreneurial ecosystem and resources.

Entrepreneurship Conference

Late September

To kick off the year, SAGE hosts a two day entrepreneurship conference. The event is designed to help youth ideate, form teams, and networking with mentors and community over two days.


Early November

Upon reviewal, selected ventures will be interviewed by a panel of SAGE Canada and chapter representatives as well as industry professionals based on innovativeness, scalability, and feasibility.

Development & Tracking

Early December

Once assigned, ventures will start carrying out their businesses by completing a business model canvas and applying the lean startup and design thinking methodologies. In hopes of competing in the 2018 National Competition in May.
